Preferred changeover days are Friday.  During off-peak periods we're able to be more flexible about this.  Please contact us if this is something that you would like to arrange.

Guests are asked to vacate the property at 10am on the day of departure.  Access to the property is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival.

Prices quoted are in GBP.  Payment in Euros is also accepted and will be quoted on enquiry.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.  The final balance is due eight weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

60+ Days - 100% refund of final balance

Between 60 days-30 days - 50% refund of final balance

Within 30 days - No refund of final balance

Due to the villa being over two floors, the property is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
